Blue days provide opportunities to adjust instruction and school practice based on an analysis of student data and an understanding of the standards. This year, we are working to strengthen our data culture tools and processes to ensure we are leveraging bright spots and best meeting the needs of our schools. As such, we are re-building a bank of streamlined, accessible resources on our Data Culture website to support the continued cultivation of strong data culture at your schools. Please review our Blue Day Guidance 2016-17 document for suggestions on how to best leverage this time and revisit our webpage often, as we will continue to add helpful resources.
We would also appreciate your ideas for how we can best support purposeful data-driven practices throughout the district. If you have thoughts, questions, or particular needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Connor Allman, Data Culture Program Manager, at email@example.com.
