NGSX training (HS biology and chemistry teachers)

This week-long professional learning experience is designed to help teachers integrate three-dimensional learning, as described in the Framework for K-12 Science Education, upon which the Next Generation Science Standards were developed, into their classrooms. The key design principles of NGSX that will support teachers include being organized around teacher sense-making, focusing on high-leverage practices, working in study groups, focusing on science, student thinking, and pedagogy, and developing capacity for peer-led facilitation.
